Pallet Nets

Pallet nets are made from nylon knotless netting and are exceptionally strong and robust. The net can be used as a load restraint if combined with straps to either attach to the side of the vehicle or to secure into the rave hooks.

The top of the pallet net is closed over using 10mm bungee cord. This can be replaced with cam buckle straps if a stronger and tighter method of securing is required.

On the images shown, the net takes around 1m 30 seconds to secure. This is equivalent to the time taken to shrink wrap a pallet with a roll of plastic one use shrink wrap.

Pallet nets have been used successfully in securing heavy palletised products such as water and bottled drinks. The strength of the net holds the bottles in shape and helps reduce the bottles from collapsing especially in warm weather conditions.
