Delivery Policy


Where do we dispatch?


We dispatch to nearly all UK locations on the mainland and the isles. Using reputable couriers, in most cases delivery will be within 2 to 3 days.

As of right now we do not send products outside of the UK from the website. Please contact us for more information.


How long with my delivery take?


If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland or any other offshore Island, delivery can take between 3 to 5 days.

All other locations we can deliver within 2 to 3 days depending on the delivery options specified at checkout.


What couriers do you use?


Nearly all our products are sent using Parcel Force. Parcel Force have been delivering in the UK for over 25 years and are a well established and trusted courier.

Please note, some of our products that are considered oversized may be sent using alternative delivery methods.

Returns Policy


Return Period


Thank you for purchasing with us! We strive to provide you with the best quality products possible. From the date of purchase you have 14 days to return an item for a refund. Please make sure to initiate the return process within this time frame.


Refund Request


To request a refund, you have two options:

(a) Phone: Call our customer service helpline at 01357 529 682 during our business hours, and one of our representatives will assist you with the refund process.

(b) Email: Send an email to help@load-solutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation for the return.


Bespoke Products


Only bespoke products that are found to be defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications are eligible for return.

Since bespoke items are custom-made to your unique requirements, we do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated above.


Condition of the Product


The bespoke product must be in its original condition, free from any signs of wear, tear, or damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the returned item.


Return Shipping


The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us securely and at their expense.


Non-Returnable Items


As mentioned earlier, since bespoke products are made-to-order and tailored to your specific requirements, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or discrepancies in specifications.


Refund Process


Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
